Private Events & Parties at Petri's Place
Events are scheduled based on availability. Please coordinate your date before committing to your event via payment. 
Private Tour:
$50 Donation
Tour of the sanctuary and animal encounters for one hour. No other parties or tours are scheduled during this time. This allows for a personal experience with the animals.
Picnic/Small Gathering:
$100 Donation for up to 12 guests (all ages)
Includes the picnic area reserved and set up for 2 hours.
The host (you) provides all food/beverages.
Parties: (example birthday parties, company team builder)
$150 Donation for up to 25 guests (all ages)
$250 Donation for up to 50 guests (all ages) - includes the 30' party tent and additional tables/chairs
Parties over 50 people require additional arrangements and donation is determined by final number.
The host (you) provides all food/beverages and party decorations if you want them. (Parties are outside so we recommend table cloths and maybe balloons but anything else may blow around)
Parties will include the picnic area reserved and set up for 4 hours. Petri's table coverings (red/white check), table games & lanterns.
We also can decorate with the seasonal themes and/or options. This set up is an additional $100 donation.

We do ask that you promote guests to bring or make donations while here. Tours and animal encounters are included.
Note: Due to being an animal sanctuary we do not allow loud music, fireworks or other activities that create excessive noise or risks to the animals. (Ex: bounce houses, foam machines)
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 18 are not permitted in the animal area or sanctuary without a guide or adult.
Donations are paid in advance. If for any reason an event must me cancelled by the organizer (you) the donation is not returned. Any event can be rescheduled by either the organizer (you) or host (Petri's Place) due to bad weather or emergencies. This allows both parties to make arrangements other than cancellation.
